Every Sunday, 4-5 pm: From the JinJing school of Qi Gong with Dr. Jessica Lipham. Qi Gong is healing to the body, mind and spirit. The class opens with breath stretches, a warm up into a portion of a classical form (standing movements), and ends in a seated or lying meditation. Qi Gong benefits all ages and stages by enhancing awareness, increasing stability, firming the physical structure and creating and anchoring balance within.
